Geological exploration of the deposit and chamber work
Geological exploration is a set of works on a certain exploration area for the detection and geological and economic assessment of mineral reserves in the subsoil.
THREE BASIC STAGES
We perform the following works:
Support to geological and exploration works
In the course of exploration, the following parameters of deposits are studied:
- Shape, dimensions and conditions of mineral bodies occurrence;
- Structure of mineral bodies;
- Quantity and quality of a mineral, including its technological properties;
- Mining technical and hydrogeological conditions of opening and operation of the deposit.
Geological and economic assessment
Laboratory works
Assessment of mineral resources and estimation of reserves
The main tasks of the assessment of mineral resources assessment are the estimation of the quantity and quality of mineral raw materials, their placement in the subsoil and the degree of exploration. Depending on the degree of exploration of ore bodies, quality studies, mining and technical conditions, reserves of mineral raw materials can be divided into four groups: A, B, C1, and C2. Besides that, the deposits may contain P1 category mineral resources (on the flanks or at depth) that are predicted on the basis of geological forecasts, but have not yet been discovered within the course of exploration works.
